Events and Festivals Australia Pty Ltd is a festival planning and management business.
We specialise in logistics, coordination, infrastructure planning, and the day-to-day management of a festival on behalf of our clients.
We provide support from the development of the initial concept, marketing and logistics, right through to the final delivery of the event, including site cleanup prior to it being returned to the owner.
We aim to deliver a sustainable festival model, and working in with the local area, community, and residents is paramount to building a successful event.
We also administer several major medieval, music, and markets events around Australia under our own brand of Events & Festivals Australia Pty Ltd. Our aim in the next couple of years is to run our own events and events on behalf of our clients across each and every state.

Richard has worked in the event industry for over 40 years, working with many of the top international rock bands of a generation before moving into management with a number of different supply companies in Australia.

PA & Administrator
Amanda has 17+ year’s experience in administration with the financial services industry which, paired with 16+ years as an artisan and vendor at Adelaide’s medieval events and a love of history has proven to be a huge benefit in the assistance of putting events together and working as part of the Events & Festivals Australia team.

On-site Supervisor
Simon has worked in the event industry for over 20 years, with his expertise in PA systems has proved invaluable on-site at events.

Caitlyn Green
Site and Gates
Caitlyn joined the team at Newcastle Medieval Festival 2025 and there is literally nothing that this girl cannot do on an event site. She has a wealth of experience in events having worked on a number of tours for major artists.
